Rent: $1440/mo rent + $500 house dues (adult) or $300 house dues (child)

- Medium sized (129 sq ft) with moderate natural lighting
- Tall 11 ft ceilings
- No street noise
- In addition to rent, each resident pays $500/mo in house dues. This covers all your food, utilities, community expenses, monthly house cleaning, furniture, kitchenware, house projects, and so on.
