Available: April 13 or as early as March 10
Rent: $960.30/mo rent + $500 house dues (adult) or $300 house dues (child)
Room details:
- Small (75 sq ft) with a large closet and low-moderate natural lighting
- Lofted bed that fits a queen mattress
- Tall 11 ft ceilings
- No street noise
In addition to rent, each resident pays $500/mo in house dues. This covers all your food, utilities, community expenses, monthly house cleaning, furniture, kitchenware, house projects, and so on.
